Not all those who wander are lost

As some of you know, I like to travel just a wee bit...
A few days ago I felt like cabin fever was setting in, so the brother and I took a spontaneous trip up the mountain. It was so wonderful to get out and take pictures!
Wowsers... I love this area!
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things
you didn’t do than by the ones you did do.
So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor.
Catch the trade winds in your sails.

So much gorgeousness! Someday I'd love to do some adventuring in your beautiful state, Lord willing. Looks like a photographer's dream. :)
ReplyDeletei so hope we'll be able to get in some camping + mountain adventure this summer. i've always been a mountain girl over the beach girl (except for the west coast, mountains + beach = the best of both worlds. ;) )
ReplyDeleteso, yay! mountains for the win. (also those two daisy frames make my heart full of happy!)
too lovely!! you have such an eye for beauty, anna.
ReplyDeletei haven't traveled much of anywhere yet (just san antonio and omaha), but i'm hoping to get the chance to visit the PNW in the next two years!
If you do, let me know! I would love to meet you! I might be gone to college though...
Deletebeautiful pics! I love the mountains, the beach -- basically everything. I normally end up exploring Frankfort or somewhere close in my state (KY) because I tend to get lost easily. But I'm all in for traveling, though I don't think I have a certain fave place to go yet. Maybe just somewhere I haven't been before? ;)
ReplyDeleteI love exploring as well! My secret? I have my brother drive, he's great with directions! KY is so beautiful! I went through there once and I've been wishing to go back! :)
DeleteWow!! I love those quotes (and the post title!). Your pictures are really amazing!!
ReplyDeleteWow! You got some really neat shots, here!! I love number 5 with the sun flare! And the daisies are beautiful as well!
